Appearance
Enalius fits the description of a wandering spellcaster to a "T". He is a trim man standing ad just over five feet with an elaborate tunic of a deep blue with gold trim. His silk pants are black and belt holding them up is covered with small pouches that carry many herbs, powders and the like that he tends to use. His grey boots offer protection from the elements and give comfort.

Over this is a crimson robe with silver trim and ornamental shoulder guards. He carries a metal staff with a bladed tip and engravings chronicling his family history. He actually doesn't wear many rings or the like. Only a medallion with his family crest, a tall willow tree, with the family name along the bottom and his given name across the top written in elven script.

His features couldn't possibly be more classic for a spellcaster of the forest elf race. His auburn hair is worn long but impeccably well-groomed. He has deep golden eyes and a naturally tanned complexion. His ears have the noticeable point that are known for elves and his features are narrow, giving him him something of an angular look.

``Strengths;;
Enalius is quite skilled and powerful in the field of magic. His specialties are in Kinetic magic and the ability to infuse items. He also has a fair hand in illusion magic. His ability ti focus makes the problem of losing control a minimal risk though that risk is present.

While not suited for melee combat, he is in good shape and fairly nimble, more athletic than built for battle. He is a good runner and doesn't get winded easily. His hand-eye coordination is also fairly good as well.

Being so focused on magic, he has neglected melee combat. When not at a range to use his magic, Enalius is at a severe disadvantage relying on evasion.

He focus also can cause him a problem as it can make something of a tunnel vision in terms of his objectives. He neglects many things that he finds unimportant which can very and often prove dangerous.

Enigma is a good word for Enalius. He is very reserved, though well=mannered, clearly of a noble upbringing. He is a man of few words unless he has a great deal of interest in the topic brought up. He shows himself to be rather level-headed and driven. It is easy to tell that he has a goal and is hiding something, but it is difficult for most people to get any idea of just what that is.

His is a man obsessed, the goal he has in mind takes place before anything to him, even his estranged daughter. Though she does have a level of importance to him to a point that if it is needed, he will divert his priorities to focus on her.

Generally he can be pleasant when interacting with others, displaying a level of charm and goodwill that isn't totally false.

``History;;
Born in the Cremea woodlands, Enalius is the child of the Noble Tinderleaf family that resides in the woods most of the time, though they often are found in many high class areas of the Forest Elf race. He spent very little time in the woodlands when it was clear that he had a connection with magic worthy of training. Little time is subjective as he was sent at the age of twenty, still very much a young elf.

Arriving at The Magocracy, Enalius was accepted readily due to the fact that his family name was well known for the mages it produced. He excelled at his studies, but was far from a progidey. Enalius quickly took to the Kinetic magics and within forty years had risen to a level that was difficult to match in overall control. While powerful it was clear that aspect wasn't as exceptional as his control. During this time he learned a fair bit of illusion magic.

By the time he reached the age of 159 years, his training was considered to be far enough along for him to rely on himself to further his abilities. Leaving the Magocracy, Enalius spent the next fifty years wandering the world, not really showing a goal at the time, just traveling and learning. He learned many customs and how to blend in around most types of people during this time.

During his travels he looked more into the nature of magic itself and became increasingly interested in how it actually worked, figuring that if he could discover this, there was a chance that he could completely eliminate the risks that came with using it and to tap into it's full potential. If this could be discovered, than the only worry about magic that there would be would be from the users, not the magic itself. This was just a theory, but it drove him.

He has spent much of his life exploring ruins, reading any ancient texts that he could find without drawing negative attention. Much of his life until recent history consisted of this. Though his life hit an interesting point during some time he spent in Revena seventeen years ago. Looking for lodgings, it was offered by a young human woman. Paying for a roof over his head and a meal, he and the woman who went by the name of Telana spent the evening talking and both found a fleeting attraction to the other and ended up sharing a bed.

Leaving the next day, he had no idea that he had inpregnated Telana and it wouldn't be until seven years passed that he would discover that he had a daughter. By this point Telana had married and they had a happy life. Not wishing to complicate that, and glad that he could continue his quest without such a worrie, he let them be, though he left his daughter a letter, informing her that she could go to the Magocracy if anything happened.

Ten years later that town in Revena was attacked. Enalius arrived far too late to do any good, though he saw a man with his daughter handing her a sword and some coins before sending her on her way. Following his daughter and keeping any would be dangers away from her, he was delighted to see where she was headed. She collapsed before the Magocracy and after leaving her with her own medallion of the family crest with her name, he left his daughter's fate in the hands of those who trained him before resuming his travels.
